HC Gherdëina celebrates in Klostersee

In the penultimate test match before the start of the season in the Alps Hockey League, HC Gherdëina celebrated its second victory in the current preparation. In Germany the Furies defeated the EHC Klostersee.

The club from Grafing near Munich played in the Oberliga last season, but was relegated to the Bayernliga. Given this, the Furies were favored. Brad McGowan & Co. did justice to this role - even if they had more trouble than expected. The HCG won 4:3 after a tough fight.

The Furies had the 3-hour journey in their bones, but scored the first goal through Yuri Cristellon. After Bayern equalized with Kelvin Walz, Diego Glück and Maximilian Sölva made it 3-1. Jan Fiedler shortened the score again before Matteo Luisetti made it 4-2 in the third. In the final section, Walz managed to score the next goal, but the turnaround was no longer successful. Before the start of the season on September 16th, the Furies will play a friendly against HC Bozen on Tuesday in Pranives (20.30:XNUMX p.m.).
