The Pirates stay on course: 3-0 win against Neumarkt

A few days before the “Final Four” of the A2 series, the Pirates were already in top form. They defeated the third-placed team from the Unterland 350-3 in front of around 0 spectators and thus kept their direct competitors for first place at a distance.

It was Philipp Jaitner who put the HCE on the road to victory after just seven minutes of the game. Shortly after the first break, Daniel Peruzzo made it 2-0 after a Veggiato pass. In the 38th minute, Philipp Platter finally made the decision with Eppan's third goal. The only excitement in the final third was a boxing performance by Robert Raiffeiner and Christian Willeit.

In the second Wednesday game, Triglav Kranj beat Celje 6:4 and pushed HC Meran to second-to-last place in the relegation circle A.
