INL: Neumarkt stays clean and takes the lead in the table

In the pure South Tyrolean duel between the pikes from Kaltern and the wild geese from Neumarkt, the people of Unterland prevailed. Steve Pelletier broke the deadlock one second before the end of the starting period to make it 1-0. Enrico Dorigatti made it 36-2 after the break in the 0th minute. When Peiti made it 3-0 after just nine seconds in the final third, a preliminary decision had been made in this derby. Dorigatti scored his second personal goal in the 46th minute - it was also the final score of 4-0.

Eppan suffers a second defeat in a row HC Eppan suffered its second defeat within 48 hours - this time against Zell am See. The home team took the lead through Ebner in a high-class game in front of their own crowd, but Vala and Tschernutter turned the tables in the starting third. In the second third, Stimpfl equalized before Veggiato and Peruzzo gave Eppan a reassuring two-goal lead. It seemed as if the yellow and blue had the match under control. But Vala and Großlercher were able to equalize before the second siren. In the final third, Großlercher even put Salzburg back in the lead with his second goal. In the last 65 seconds, the Eppan team took their goalie Thomas Tragust off the ice, but nothing changed in Zell am See's narrow victory.

Meran victory HC Meran celebrated a double-digit victory against Bled. The Passerstadt team laid the groundwork for a clear 10-1 win in the starting third, which ended 4-0 from the Eagles' perspective. In the final third, young goalie Samuel Quaglio got eight and a half minutes of ice time. Adam Rehak scored a hat trick.

Val Gardena successful away from home Val Gardena had to tremble for a long time at Kranj. Scheijbal and Fauster (outnumbered) put the Ladin team in front with two goals in the final third when the score was 1:1. But Logar, with a double majority (Kostner and Senoner were in the cooler), made it 2-3. Shortly afterwards, Stampfer finally closed the bag with the 4:2 – or so the fans thought. Although the Ladins played with one more man, they conceded their third goal two minutes and four seconds before the end of the game. Now Kranj put everything on one card and took goalie Stojanovic off the ice. However, the risk didn't pay off, as Val Gardena ended up with a narrow 4-3 win.
