The governor of the team that always loses

Excelsior is known in South Tyrol as the football team that “always loses”. That's what those responsible for the young club from Bolzano say. They have different goals there: Excelsior is all about social values. For exactly 20 years. That's why they were visited by the state governor himself last week.
