SSV Brixen: An upper league stronghold is fighting the case

After the one-week break in the championship, the big showdown is coming up in the top league: In the last three remaining games, not only will the champions be crowned, but also the relegated teams will be determined. SSV Brixen finds itself in an unusual role.

For years, SSV Brixen was a regular guest in the higher spheres of the table. But this year the Eisacktalers are fighting for pure sporting survival, i.e. staying in the league. What are the reasons for this negative trend? We looked for clues and spoke to those responsible.
