In Sterzing: Relegated team defeats Serie A league team

The showdown between Sassuolo and Spezia Calcio ended with a little surprise on Sunday in Vipiteno.

In the end, Spezia Calcio came out on top - 18th in the table last season. relegated to Serie B and thus this year’s opponent of FC Südtirol – beating Sassuolo 3-2.
