Bitter Seeber return: Vicenza squanders the victory

For the second time in a row, FCS coach Paolo Zanetti had his team play in a hybrid system, consisting of a diamond against the ball and a 3-4-3 in possession. Fabian Tait, who shuttled between the right wing and central midfield, and the attacking midfielder Tommaso Morosini played key roles.

Vicenza, on the other hand, began to argue with himself and the referee, appearing nervous and unsure. Things are unlikely to get any quieter for Seeber in the coming weeks. FC Südtirol and Lanerossi Vicenza played a thrilling and high-class game in the Drususstadion. In the end, the 2-2 draw meant a point for everyone - and a clear message from the Vicenza fans to their sports director Werner Seeber.
