A game for history

It is without a doubt the most important match in South Tyrolean football history: on Saturday, FC Südtirol can secure the Serie B ticket. We take a look behind the scenes.

It was on June 20, 1948, more than an eternity ago in football years - on that day, AC Bozen's short Serie B intermezzo ended after just one season. The only second division season of a South Tyrolean club so far falls into a different era. On Saturday the FCS can rewrite this history.
