Playoff start in July: FCS gets back in the ring

Big celebrations from the leaders of Serie C and Serie D, anger and disappointment from the fourth division teams Levico and Dro. The eagerly awaited FIGC Congress on Monday basically brought little new for the two leagues - but finally provided clarity.
