Seiwald in the top 30 and an Italian on the podium

The Mountain Bike World Cup in Snowshoe, USA, concluded on Sunday with the cross-country races. In the women's category, an Italian woman was on the podium.

Martina Berta has done it again. With a time of 1:22.28 hours, the Azzurra came third. She was only beaten by Laura Stigger from Austria and Loana Lecomte from France. Stigger was a good half a minute faster than Berta.

This time the Dutchwoman Puck Pieterse had to settle for sixth place. Greta Seiwald came in 29th. The woman from Gsies was 6:42 minutes behind the winner.
