China Open: Lost in singles, won in doubles - UPDATE

The tennis professional from Kaltern had to admit defeat to the favorite Swiss Stanislas Wawrinka in three sets in the singles at the ATP 500 tournament in Beijing ($2.315.250 in prize money) on Tuesday morning (local time). A few hours later, the doubles event was much more successful: alongside Fabio Fognini, the 29-year-old South Tyrolean made it into the second round.
