World Cup CHECK | Spain: “La Roja” with evolution to success

From 2008 to 2012, Spain's national football team dominated. Andres Iniesta and Co. won two European Championships during this time and also the World Cup title in 2010. This era of success ended four years ago: For the defending champions, the World Cup in Brazil began with a 1:5 debacle against the Netherlands. And after a 0-2 defeat in the second group game against Chile, early elimination was already certain.
