South Tyrol's winter sports enthusiasts at the Audi handover

As part of the Festival dello Sport in Trento, 26 Italian winter sports athletes were awarded a new Audi.

Audi has been supporting Italy's winter sports association (FISI) since 2007. 26 athletes were handed the keys to their new Audi on Saturday afternoon. These included the South Tyroleans Nicol and Nadia Delago, Alex Vinatzer, Dominik Paris, Florian Schieder (all alpine skiing), Dominik Fischnaller, Andrea Vötter, Marion Oberhofer (all luge), Dorothea Wierer (biathlon), Omar Visintin and Aaron March (both snowboard). Numerous fans and onlookers watched the handover of the vehicles in the center of Trento.

Incidentally, Bozen's volleyball star Simone Giannelli will be speaking on Sunday at the Festival dello Sport alongside Perugia coach Angelo Lorenzetti and some of his teammates about his club's successful season. After all, Perugia won the championship title, the Club World Cup, the Italian Cup and the Supercup last season.
