Graz 99ers continue on shopping spree

The Graz 99ers have continued their shopping spree and signed Austria's national ice hockey team striker Manuel Ganahl. The competitors, including Bozen and Pustertal, are amazed.

After many years at KAC, the 33-year-old from Vorarlberg is moving back to Graz, where he was under contract from 2009 to 2015.

There is currently a lot of upgrading in Styria. Before Ganahl, Lukas Haudum (KAC), Paul Huber (Salzburg) as well as the German ex-NHL player Korbinian Holzer (Mannheim) and Rok Ticar (Vienna Capitals) were also brought in.

Meanwhile, champions Salzburg announced the contract extension of ÖEHV team goalie David Kickert, who will continue to be number two for the ICE champion behind Finn Atte Tolvanen.
