Harvey rumors in Bolzano: That's what the goalie says himself
HCB Südtirol Alperia is the team of the moment in the ICE Hockey League. And yet headlines aren't just written on the ice.

No question: Sam Harvey was one of the big protagonists of HC Bozen last season. The Canadian, who came to the Talferstadt as a no-name, hexed the Foxes into the final of the ICE Hockey League with his parades, where the White-Reds were almost beaten by Red Bull Salzburg.
It goes without saying that Harvey was difficult to keep after such a season. And so the North American moved to Lukko in the Finnish first league in the summer. Although Harvey made a big impression on the current sixth-placed team and himself quickly played into the hearts of the fans, the adventure is now over for him. A few days ago he left the club at his own request - and thus set the rumor mill abuzz. Is a return to Bolzano an option? After all, he felt right at home there last season.
Now Harvey speaks
“At the moment I'm taking some time with my wife. “We want to celebrate Christmas in peace with our baby,” explains Harvey SportNews-Demand. The 25-year-old only became a father for the first time at the end of November. “Our plan is to talk to my agent after the Christmas holidays and see what options there are.”Would HC Bozen be an option? “I had a wonderful year with my wife last season. Playing for Bozen is a privilege for every player. At the moment I can’t say whether there will be an opportunity to return in the future.”
Sikura's farewell is looming
In any case, it remains exciting at HC Bozen. In addition to the Harvey rumors, Tyler Sikura has been a topic of conversation recently. As is well known, the center flew home to Canada for family reasons before the international break in mid-December and has not returned since. There is hardly any indication that anything will change. The signs point to a final farewell.Edit Profile
