Baumgartner: “Vecchi is staying at FC Südtirol”

The president of FC Südtirol, Walter Baumgartner, was surprised when he found out about Vecchi's negotiations with Carpi. It all boiled down to the Bergamasque coach's commitment to the club from Emilia. Then Vecchi was not accepted into the coaching course in Coverciano - and Carpi withdrew. “I am convinced that Vecchi will stay with us – but anything can happen in football.”
