Special honor for Pierpaolo Bisoli

FC Südtirol's outstanding 2022/23 season is receiving the highest recognition at the national level. Players, coaches and officials of the White Reds are currently being invited to various celebrations to receive prestigious awards. Pierpaolo Bisoli was honored on Monday at the “Galà del Calcio Triveneto” by the AIC football union as the best coach of the past Serie B (Triveneto area).

Traditionally, the most successful players from Triveneto's professional clubs (including women's football and futsal) as well as the best coaches and referees of the past season were honored in the “Teatro Comunale” in Vicenza. The ceremony was organized by the AIC football union and the USSI Triveneto (Unione della stampa sportiva). In collaboration with the newspaper “Giornale di Vicenza” and the school authority, a journalistic competition for secondary school students took place this year – parallel to the gala. The event was moderated by Gianni Grazioli, Director General of the AIC.

Aldo Serena was the guest of honor at this year’s edition of the “Galà del Calcio Triveneto”. The former attacker from Montebelluna, who scored goals for Inter, Milan, Torino and Juventus during his successful career and took third place with the national team at the 3 World Cup, talked to the students and the president of the AIC, Umberto Calcagno, the President of the USSI Veneto, Alberto Nuvolari, and the director of the newspaper “Giornale di Vicenza”, Marino Smiderle, on various current topics in national football.
