“Total Red”: FC Südtirol’s new away jersey

After six years, FC Südtirol will wear red again for guest games. The new away jersey will be officially “inaugurated” during the Italian Cup game against Sampdoria.

This is the new away jersey of FC Südtirol! The club presented the second official jersey for the 2023/24 season today on Friday. The jersey, designed together with technical supplier Mizuno, will be presented to fans for the first time at the Italian Cup match in Genoa against Sampdoria.

The big news for the 2023/24 away kit is a de facto return to the past. FC Südtirol last played in a red away kit in the 2016/17 season. While captain Tait & Co. present themselves entirely in white at home games, the new away jersey is entirely characterized by the second club color. The color red has been interpreted in four different shades, which together create a modern “Total Red” look.

The new FC Südtirol away jersey is made from a breathable stretch fabric that ensures great elasticity and extreme lightness - 91% polyester and 9% elastane. The double collar - a characteristic feature of the supplier Mizuno - was colored in red and black.

The logos of the umbrella brand South Tyrol and the main sponsor Duka are located on the front of the jersey - in white. On the back of the shirt, below the player number, the lettering of the “back jersey sponsor” TopHaus is shown – also in white. On the left sleeve, however, there is the logo of the South Tyrolean energy company Alperia.

Red is the motto

The FCS professionals wear red shorts with their new game shirt, which are decorated with the pattern of the jersey at the bottom. The logo of the premium partner “Ci Gusta Reggio Emilia”, whose contract was recently extended, is attached to the playing trousers. The red play socks, on the other hand, have two white, horizontal stripes and a black upper edge.
