5000 at the Garda Half Marathon

The Garda Trentino Half Marathon once again attracted thousands of running enthusiasts - all 5000 starting places were sold out early. The South Tyrolean athletes impressed on the 21 km route through the picturesque Trentino, with Lena Zingerle standing out with sixth place in the women's field. The fastest South Tyrolean was Frowin Stecher in 13th place, who also won the M50 classification.

Great enthusiasm at the Garda Half Marathon: While half marathons have become rare in South Tyrol, the race on Lake Garda remains a crowd puller. Numerous South Tyroleans were able to hold their own in the international field, including Frowin Stecher and Lena Zingerle with impressive placings.
