Broncos celebrate seventh consecutive victory

The Denver Broncos have continued their impressive winning streak in the NFL.

The team led by quarterback Bo Nix won their opening game of Week 10 against division rivals Las Vegas Raiders 10-7, celebrating their seventh consecutive victory. This win solidified the Broncos' top spot in the AFC West division and keeps their playoff hopes firmly in sight.

For the Raiders, however, it was their seventh loss in nine games this season and their third in a row. This leaves Las Vegas firmly in last place in the division.

The Broncos are struggling offensively.

However, the Broncos struggled unexpectedly on offense against a Raiders defense that had been weak for much of the season. Nix threw a touchdown pass to Troy Franklin, but also committed two costly turnovers. Las Vegas quarterback Geno Smith fared little better, failing to score a touchdown and throwing the ball to the opposition once.

The Raiders' only touchdown against another strong Broncos defense was scored by running back Ashton Jeanty. Late in the game, kicker Daniel Carlson missed a field goal attempt that would have tied the game for the Raiders.
