Katja Eckl on Italy's volleyball throne

Imoco Conegliano is in seventh volleyball heaven – literally. The world-class players from Veneto secured their seventh consecutive championship title on Tuesday evening. And a young South Tyrolean also joined in the celebrations.

Unbelievable but true: Conegliano has won every title in Italy since February 3, 2019 (!). The star-studded team last lost the cup final against Novara on that exact date. Now they celebrated their seventh consecutive league title and their 25th trophy since 2016.
