Eisacktal bowling tournament causes excitement

The Eisack Valley Bowling Tournament took place for the fifth time last season, and once again, the motto was "Good luck!" for young bowlers. A total of 24 talented young bowlers from ASV Villnöß, ASV Verdings, and ASKC Fugger Sterzing competed with great enthusiasm.

From mid-October to the end of March, they competed in six exciting preliminary rounds in the U12, U14, and U18 age categories for the tournament title. This victory was rewarded with medals and the challenge cup on the final day.

While ASV Verdings secured first place in each individual category, Villnöß took home the overall trophy.

The foundation for this was laid by around 30 days of training over the past few months. The tournament impressively demonstrated the passion, fighting spirit, and hard work of the young bowlers. The fifth edition was a complete success.
