In the end, the sensational season didn't happen: Fugger Vipiteno secured the championship title in the women's A class for the 8th time in a row. The deciding factor was on the one hand a 6-0 win at Überetsch Eppan, but on the other hand also the 3-3, which the pursuer Villnöß couldn't get past Plose. On the last day of the match, Fugger Sterzing and Villnöß face each other - but it's about nothing anymore.

Fugger Sterzing showed all of their class against Überetsch Eppan and can therefore be happy about the well-deserved championship title: When something was needed, they were there like a top team. Gabriele Bürger got off to a strong start against Petra Unterhauser in the Bliegerstadion and won with 557:523 bowling. Sabrina Parigger also put her opponent Waltraud Gasser from Überetsch Eppan in her place - with 528:471.

Then it was the turn of Sterzing's exceptional player Laura Runggatscher. She literally swept Sonja Mulser off the track. Runggatscher knocked over 591 pins, Mulser only managed 494 pins. At this point, the Fuggers' victory was almost impossible to take away. But that didn't matter to Marion Thaler and she went one better: she won against Eppan's Petra Dorfmann with 578:535.

In the overall result, a total of 231 pins spoke for Fugger Vipiteno (2254:2023 pins), which reflects the strong team performance.

Still looking for a relegated player For men, Hölzerne 9 Klausen has already been relegated. But 2 teams have to go down. And the second one is being eagerly sought: with the selection of Ratschings, Passeier and Nals, three teams are fighting to stay in the league. On the last matchday all these 3 teams met each other.

Nals had to deal with Ratschings selection, Passeier played against Hölzerne 9. The hosts won both games. Nals beat Ratschings 6:2, Passeier put Hölzerne 9 in its place with 5:3. Wooden 9 would have had a small chance of staying in the league with a win, but that is now gone.

Against Passeier it was clear to both teams that it was all or nothing. Passeier got off to a better start with Helmut Zipperle, who defeated Stefan Gamper with a score of 580:551. Hölzerne 9 equalized at the same time with Stefan Gasser, he beat Hugo Ennemoser with 588:576.

Next on the track were Walter Raich and Stefan Marth for Passeier and Andreas Brunner and Michael Baumgartner for Hölzerne 9. And both points went to the guests from Klausen, Brunner defeated Raich with 578:532, Baumgartner gave Marth the disadvantage with 588:550.

Suddenly things looked good for Hölzerne 9, but Passeier still had an ace up his sleeve named Oswald Kofler. He hit the day's best of 615 pins against Stefan Marmsoler, Marmsoler only managed 512 pins. And Passeier player Markus Prünster also won his duel against Rudi Pfattner, he prevailed with 570:524 pins. The score was 3:3 on match points, meaning the overall result had to decide. Next Neumarkt track records The duel between Nals and the Ratschings selection was less close. The hosts ultimately won 6-2, with Kurt Plunger being a standout player.
