The finals of the Downhill World Cup in Les Gets (FRA) took place without Veronika Widman, who had finished 18th in the qualification. In the end, a Canadian was the fastest.

Gracey Hemstreet won the women's elite race in Les Gets. The Canadian finished ahead of Marine Cabirou (France) and Austrian Valentina Höll.
Gloria Scarsi finished as the best Azzurra athlete, finishing in a respectable 5th place. Widmann from Tramin missed the final of the top 15 athletes due to an 18th place finish in the qualification.
