Milland with a strong exclamation mark

The 26th state league matchday concluded with four games on Sunday. Problem child Milland gave a blatant sign of life with an away win, the top game of the round ended without goals and Salurn suddenly finds itself in the middle of the fight for promotion to the top league.

The relegation battle in the national league has a new chapter. Thanks to the furious 4-1 away win at Val Gardena Milland The direct relegation places are behind them (for now) and find themselves in 13th place. That's what's in crisis now Schenna (on Saturday there was a 1:2 defeat against the Ridnauntal selection) slipped into the bottom. So anything can happen in the remaining four games, it remains extremely exciting.

The game didn't start well for Milland. After just under six minutes, the yellow-blacks had to chase a deficit (Volino scored for Val Gardena). In the first half, the guests turned the game around within just four minutes with goals from Oberhofer (32nd, from a penalty) and Larcher (36th). After the break, Angerer soon set the course for victory (48th), before Behijulji scored the final point (90th). Previously, Masha had only hit the crossbar on the other side (78').

On the other hand, the spectators saw a game with few chances Brixner Sports field where the home team and high flyers meet Laces separated 0-0. The Eisacktaler are already confirmed as champions, while the Vinschger are still fully in the fight for second place. But there they suffered a setback.

Salurn soon in the top league?

The slumbering major league dinosaur Salurn was able to narrowly but deservedly win his home game against Ahrntal 1-0 and suddenly finds himself tied on points Brunico in second place again (50 points). Latsch, however, lurks one point behind in third place (49). The fight for second place will still be very exciting in the remaining four games. Incidentally, Simon Baldo scored the winning goal on Sunday in the 84th minute.

The Pusterers, for their part, were not able to play their home game against Weinstraße Süd exactly as they wanted and dropped two points in a 2-2 draw. After Sanogo's opening goal (45th), Bruneck turned the game into a 62-67 lead in just five minutes in the second half with goals from Villgrater (2nd) and Philipp Piffrader (1th, from the penalty spot). But in the 90th minute the guests managed to score a late equalizer, again through Sanogo.
