Muay Thai fighters invite you to the top event in Val Gardena

On June 29, international martial artists from the Muay Thai scene will meet for a top-class event in Ortisei. Tickets are available now.

Muay Thai is one of the oldest martial arts in the world, originating in Thailand in the 16th century and quickly spreading internationally. It is also called "the art of the eight limbs." It recognizes eight points of attack: feet, hands, elbows, and knees, which are used in full-contact combat.

This martial art is not only popular in its sporting form, but is also very well-suited as an effective form of self-defense and fitness. This sport not only promotes and challenges strength and speed, but also endurance and coordination. Team spirit, mutual respect, and fairness play a key role.

Gruber and Righi at the start

In order to bring this martial art closer to a wider audience, the Hanuman Muay Thai sports club is attracting martial arts fans to the “Dolomuay Thai Event” in Ortisei on Sunday, June 29th.

International professional fighters will participate, including Bettina Gruber (full-time professional) and Desireé Righi (European champion) from South Tyrol. Approximately 30 fights will take place, featuring athletes from various European countries. Tickets are available online.
