Taekwondo: Brixner impresses in title fights

Strong performance by Laura Fürler at the Italian championship for senior black belts (athletes aged 17 and over) in Olympic Taekwondo. The woman from Brixen won the bronze medal in the Palaprometeo in Ancona.

Fürler competed in the national title fights in the F -73 kg category in the round of XNUMX against Emma Duranti (Arezzo) and in the quarter-finals against Elena Montroni (Bologna). The athlete from ASV Taekwondo Brixen was able to clearly win both fights.

The winning streak was stopped in the semi-finals by the eventual winner in this category, Aurora Ceccantini (Genoa).

The multiple junior Italian champion Laura Fürler, who has only recently been competing in the senior category, can rightly be happy about a great result.
