The big Sporthilfe Gala took place on Friday evening in the magnificent ambience of the Merano Kurhaus. The athlete of the year was celebrated, but not just them. Here we present the best snapshots.

A lot of celebrities from sport, politics, business and culture, the current Miss South Tyrol Mara Kerschbaumer, many of her predecessors, active and former athletes, trainers and officials came to the Kurhaus to celebrate South Tyrolean sport and its brilliant achievements.

After the reception at Thermenplatz in the early evening, the guests moved into the Kursaal, where the award ceremony for the athlete of the year, as well as the best coach and team of the year, was the highlight of the evening. At the gala dinner that followed, they toasted their extraordinary achievements over the past year.
