Freshly in love: Ski star presents new girlfriend

Lucas Braathen has a special relationship with Kitzbühel: He has competed in the classic slalom four times – never finishing beyond fourth place. He finished second in 4, and third in both 2022 and 2023. His father, Björn, also used to live in Kitzbühel and brought Lucas skiing here as a small child. It's no wonder, then, that he can also be found in the winter sports mecca in summer. But not alone, because, as the Kronen Zeitung reported, the 25-year-old is currently spending a holiday in North Tyrol with his new girlfriend.

Isadora Cruz is the name of the new woman by his side. The 27-year-old actress is a TV personality in her native Brazil, boasting over 700.000 followers on Instagram alone. She also works as a model. Although Braathen and Cruz haven't made their relationship official yet, their father and manager Björn confirmed that the two are a couple. As can be seen in photos, Braathen and Cruz strolled amorously through Kitzbühel's city center over the weekend.

The 25-year-old has been one of the most dazzling figures in the skiing world for years. He won his first World Cup race in Sölden in 2020 at just 20 years old. He added four more victories before unexpectedly ending his career in the fall. The reason for this was a dispute with the Norwegian Ski Federation.
