For a long time, they were the perfect glamorous couple in Germany: Maria Riesch, one of the most successful skiers in history, and Marcus Höfl, who made a name for himself as a manager – including for Riesch. But in the fall of 2024 came the unexpected news: the couple had separated after 13 years of marriage, and the divorce followed at the beginning of 2025.
