“Precautionary measure”: Ski star Feller has to take a break

Just two weeks before the start of the alpine ski season in Sölden, Manuel Feller has to take an involuntary break from training.

The ÖSV star's back is hurting again, as was revealed on Thursday at a media event with his ski company that went ahead without the Tyrolean. The 32-year-old was infiltrated on Monday and plans to resume snow training next week.

"It's purely a precautionary measure for Sölden," said Atomic racing director Christian Höflehner. Feller will therefore also be absent from the Austrian Ski Association's traditional fashion show on Friday.
