Biathlon youngsters in training
The final preparation phase of the junior and youth team of the Italian biathletes began in Obertilliach (East Tyrol). The ten ski hunters train under the direction of Moreno Montello and Nicola Pozzi (Barbara Ertl is not there, she gave birth to a strapping baby boy on September 25th). Among them “only” three South Tyroleans, namely Andreas Plaickner and Maikol Demetz in the juniors, Carmen Runggaldier in the youth class.
