Tobias Brighenti will again lace up his skates for the Unterland Cavaliers next season.

After the Unterland Cavaliers announced the departures of Nicolo Remolato and Michael Sullmann On Friday evening, the club announced the contract extension of a true pillar of the Unterland team. Tobias Brighenti, the team's captain, will remain an important part of the team next season.

"Our captain enters his sixth season with the Cavaliers this year and has always embodied consistency, leadership, and tireless dedication. As a veteran defenseman, he plays a pivotal role both on and off the ice and will remain an indispensable part of our team," the club said.

A first important building block

After the Cavs confirmed their continued membership in the Alps Hockey League a week ago, the Lower Austrians are now working hard on their team for next season.
