On Wednesday evening, the club announced: “Lukas Kwasniok has been released without conditions. He will return to Germany tomorrow. We are pleased that the matter was clarified so quickly!” There is currently no information regarding Kwasniok’s return to training. The club did not comment on Thursday when Kwasniok was expected back after his release from the island of Mallorca or when he would resume training.

On the loose again

The association explained that Kwasniok “continues to be subject to the presumption of innocence.” “The quick release speaks for itself,” it continued: “We are keeping an eye on the entire situation, awaiting the outcome of the proceedings and maintaining our normal business operations.” Whether Kwasniok will play in the last game of the season at home against 1.
