Neuer as Bayern's weak point? "Let them down"

Dietmar Hamann sees Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer as a possible weak point for the Munich team ahead of the Bundesliga leaders' top match against Borussia Dortmund.

“There have been several situations this year where Neuer was to blame for goals or where he was lucky, like in Bochum when Minjae Kim cleared the ball off the line,” said the football expert at a press conference of the pay-TV broadcaster Sky. "That means when you play balls over the heads of the defense: His timing let him down on one or two occasions."

Hamann sees opportunity for BVB

Referring to BVB, the 51-year-old added: "It's certainly something when you have four fast players up front, where you'll get one or two chances."

Although Bayern go into Saturday's game (18.30:XNUMX p.m.) with a ten-point lead over fifth-placed BVB, Hamann does not see the club as having no chance after recent convincing victories in the Bundesliga and Champions League - on the contrary.
