“Sportstudio”: Anniversary for Katrin Müller-Hohenstein
Katrin Müller-Hohenstein is celebrating an unusual anniversary this Saturday. The journalist will be presenting her 250th show of the “Aktuelles Sportstudio” this evening. Only three former ZDF presenters have been in action more often than the 59-year-old: Dieter Kürten, Michael Steinbrecher and Harry Valérien.

Müller-Hohenstein began her journalistic career in radio and has been working at ZDF since 2006. She has been one of the public broadcaster's most important TV faces for several years.
The presenter has also worked for ZDF on several major sporting events such as the World Cup and European Championships as well as the Olympic Games. Among the experts with whom Müller-Hohenstein has worked over the years are Oliver Kahn and Simon Rolfes.
Müller-Hohenstein takes turns hosting the classic TV sports show with Jochen Breyer and Sven Voss.
