This is how Jürgen Klopp experienced Liverpool's championship title

Liverpool's former successful coach Jürgen Klopp is happy with the Reds' win of the English football championship.

After his former club's 20th title, the long-time Liverpool manager wrote in English on Instagram: "Super grateful for the past, super, super happy about the present, extremely positive about the future - congratulations."

The 57-year-old managed Liverpool from October 2015 to May 2024. His successes included the first league title in 2020 years in 30. Upon his departure after last season, he asked the fans to sing for his successor, Arne Slot. The Dutchman sang a song for his predecessor in the stadium last Sunday after the decisive 5-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur. Slot also praised Klopp's work.

Klopp, now global head of football for Red Bull, is expected to attend a gala dinner hosted by the Liverpool FC Foundation in the English port city on May 23. Following the final home game against Crystal Palace on May 25, there will be a championship celebration, and a parade in the city is planned for May 26.
