Two dream goals and a lot of trouble in the Turin derby
On matchday 20 of Serie A, Juventus was unable to capitalize on Lazio's slip-up and close the gap to the Champions League places. The Old Lady could only manage a draw in the city derby against Torino on Saturday evening.

The Derby della Mole was a clear affair in the 2000s. In 36 duels with their city rivals, Juventus emerged victorious in 27 cases and suffered only one defeat. This blemish on the Bianconeri's record dates back to April 26, 2015. Torino did not manage such a coup on Saturday evening, but with a 1:1 draw, "Il Toro" tripped up the Italian record champions on their way to the top 4.
Kenan Yildiz gave Juventus an early lead after a fantastic solo run and a phenomenal finish from the edge of the penalty area (8th minute). The visitors then created further chances, although Nicolas Gonzalez's goal was disallowed due to an offside position (21st minute) and a counterattack initiated by Yildiz was not crowned by defender Federico Gatti (32nd minute). The door was always ajar for Torino - and the home team gratefully accepted the invitation.
Vlasic shoots Torino to win a point
Shortly before half-time, Valentino Lazaro dribbled from the left wing to the inside and served Nikola Vlasic on the edge of the penalty area. The Croatian didn't hesitate and shot after a short reception - and the ball hit the left inside post in the goal. In the second half, Juventus ultimately failed to make the right mark. Instead, Juve coach Thiago Motta and Torino coach Paolo Vanoli caused a stir. The two coaches got into a fight on the sidelines and were shown the red card. The draw means that Juventus are still three points behind fourth-place Lazio. On Monday, the Bianconeri could slip to sixth place if Fiorentina beat Monza. Milan, meanwhile, had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Cagliari. Just four minutes after Alvaro Morata's 1-0 goal (51'), Nadir Zortea equalized (55'), with Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan not cutting a good figure.
