a Serie B

Fabian Tait wasn't injured any worse.

All clear from FCS captain Fabian Tait

Fabian Tait is the big figurehead of FC Südtirol. The captain was recently absent due to injury. Now there was the all-clear.

Last Wednesday in the 4-3 home win against Ternana, Tait had to go off injured in the second half. The knee was affected. That's why Tait underwent magnetic resonance imaging in the past few days. A cruciate ligament and meniscus injury was ruled out. Tait confirmed this in an interview with the Sunday newspaper Zett. The Salurner was greatly relieved.

Tait will still miss the last game of the season on Friday evening at home against Palermo. The 31-year-old should be fit again at the start of preparation for the new season. Tait made 34 appearances in his second Serie B season. He scored four goals and four assists. In the second half of the season, coach Federico Valente increasingly used Tait in the attacking midfield.
