Excellent results at the Lions Cup 2024

At the Lions Cup 2024, which took place in Jesolo, the ASV/ASD Taekwondo Brixen team achieved great results.

The tournament, sponsored and organized by the Venetian regional committee FITA-CONI, which is responsible for Olympic taekwondo, turned out to be really high-class. Two nations (Italy and San Marino) took part in the event with 77 clubs from 15 regions, a total of more than 750 athletes in the competitions and more than 250 athletes in the form run.

The result was three gold, three silver and two bronze medals. Coach Alessandro Carbucicchio expressed his praise for the team. This tournament featured different levels of difficulty, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes. There were also athletes who were already experienced in competitions and who had already competed at an even higher level and thus found first-class preparation in this tournament.
