Renate Rungger wins Gardena Mountain Run

The two South Tyroleans Renate Rungger and Gerd Frick shone in the very strong second edition of the Gardena Mountain Run from St. Ulrich to the Seceda. The woman from Sarnen, who came 5th in the mountain running World Cup last week, confidently won the women's race, while Frick was only beaten by the Kenyan Francis Muigai Wagari in the men's race.
