CONI awards presented in Bolzano

Last week, the traditional CONI Awards ceremony took place at the "House of Sports" in Bolzano. A total of 63 athletes, coaches, and officials were honored for their achievements in sport.

South Tyrol's CONI President Alex Tabarelli and Vice President Richard Weißensteiner welcomed, among others, the Regional Councillor for Sport, Peter Brunner, Regional Councillor Christian Bianchi, Government Commissioner Vito Cusumano and Vice-Quaestor Giorgio Augusto Porroni and numerous association presidents at the award ceremony.

The celebratory highlight of the evening was the presentation of the medals, with which the CONI recognizes the athletes' exceptional achievements. One of these was Ciro Carratù, long-time secretary of the Egna-Neumarkt Motoclub, currently a member of the Bolzano Motorcycle Federation's committee.

By awarding these prizes, CONI sends a strong signal of appreciation to those who enrich South Tyrol's sport with passion, discipline and international success.
