Fashion show or wedding? Bagnaia's magnificent "I do"

Francesco “Pecco” Bagnaia and Domizia Castagnini have fulfilled a long-held dream: on Saturday they said “I do” in the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, in the heart of Pesaro.

The two-time MotoGP champion and his long-time girlfriend said "I do" in front of family and friends on Saturday, July 20th. The entrance into the church, especially the bride's, was like a real fashion show: Numerous prominent guests, including Valentino Rossi with Francesca Sofia Novello and Cesare Cremonini, celebrated the bride and groom.

The wedding was strictly secured, with cordons keeping curious spectators away. Among the guests were friends and Pecco's entire team, led by his track engineer Cristian Gabarrini. Claudio Domenicali, the CEO of Ducati, and Gigi Dall'Igna, the CEO of Ducati Corse, were also present, as were many riders.

Motorcycle legend Valentino Rossi came accompanied by his partner Francesca Sofia Novello. Other prominent guests included Enea Bastianini, Bagnaia's current teammate at Ducati, as well as Franco Morbidelli, Marco Bezzecchi, Michele Pirro and Mattia Pasini. After the ceremony, the newlyweds drove to the Villa Imperiale, where the celebration took place in the evening.

The exclusive and high-class party is said to have cost around 250.000 euros, plus 7000 euros for the rent of the Villa Imperiale, one of the historic and most prestigious residences in Pesaro.
