Alexander Zverev has mastered the opening hurdle at the ATP tournament in Vienna with ease. The number one seed from Hamburg easily beat the Austrian Joel Schwärzler 6:2, 6:2. In the round of XNUMX, Zverev will face the winner of the match between the two Americans Alex Michelsen and Marcos Giron.

Zverev, who recently had to deal with the after-effects of pneumonia, was clearly superior to the 347th player in the world rankings. The German only fell a little behind on the match point. After 67 minutes, Zverev only converted the fourth match point.
