Before the start of the US Open, there was a lot of fuss about Jannik Sinner. The biggest reason for this was of course the doping case that caused a stir in the tennis scene. But there was also wild speculation about Sinner's private life: Did his love affair with the Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya fall apart after just a few months?

The bone of contention was the social network Instagram: Anna Kalinskaya stopped following Jannik Sinner's profile for a short time. Because the Russian had not been seen at the Pusterer's side since their romantic holiday in Sardinia, because she had not commented on Sinner's doping case, and because she had also stopped appearing in his box, speculation quickly spread about a possible separation.

But the truth is that Sinner and Kalinskaya are very reserved when it comes to their relationship and their private lives. And so it is not surprising that they have not appeared together in public for a long time.

The final proof that the two are still a happy couple came recently in New York. Kalinskaya was seated in Sinner’s quarterfinal against Daniil Medvedev as well as in the Semi-final against Jack Draper in the box of the South Tyrolean tennis star. The Russian applauded, laughed and cheered with the South Tyrolean superstar. After the match against Draper, Kalinskaya came to the fitness room, where she celebrated with her Jannik - great pictures.
