This voice and this face are familiar in the Biathlon World Cup. Yet it is someone the athletes rarely get to see, and the fans in the stadium and the millions of TV viewers certainly never get to see.

It is Dominik Collazuol who welcomes you with a warm “Hoila, griaßdi”. He works in the accreditation office and grants access to the competition venues to more than a hundred journalists, photographers, TV experts and cameramen. And he provides a touch of South Tyrol. But he is not alone.
