3 South Tyroleans in Boston: Preview of the World Figure Skating Championships

The World Figure Skating Championships in Boston, Massachusetts, begin today with the men's short program. South Tyrol's top athletes will be competing again this time, led by Daniel Grassl, Maurizio Zandron, and Jari Kessler in the men's competition. They will make their first appearance on Thursday.

For Daniel Grassl in particular, the World Championships in Boston will be an exciting performance and even a home game: 3 years ago, the Merano native spent several months training at the Skating Club of Boston.
