The carefree Alex Vinatzer, the resurgent oldie Giuliano Razzoli, behind them the up-and-coming Simon Maurberger and Tommaso Sala - Italy is on the verge of fielding a really strong slalom team again. Manfred Mölgg, who probably missed his last chance at the Olympics when he was eliminated in the first round, came to the finish area with Dominik Paris on Saturday to watch the slalom decision.
