At first glance, the photos Marcel Hirscher posted on his Instagram profile two days ago seem unremarkable: The skiing superstar is training in the weight room, fine-tuning his form, and occasionally strengthening himself with a fitness product. But these seemingly everyday shots are causing quite a stir – and that's thanks to one very special detail.

The photos show a ring on Hirscher's left ring finger – and this, of course, immediately sparked speculation. "Are you newly married?" one fan asked in the comments. There was no response from Hirscher, of course. In any case, this ring on his finger appears to be brand new. A week ago, Hirscher wore the piece of jewelry during a ski training session in Zermatt, and it also appeared in a short clip from early September. In the previous photos and videos, the left ring finger is "bare."

The fact is that the 36-year-old superstar has fallen in love again after splitting from his wife Laura Moisl in 2021. In August 2024, it was revealed that the eight-time overall World Cup winner has been in a relationship with a new girlfriend for some time. The ski star has kept the identity of the dark-haired beauty a secret to this day.
