“Behind every success there are countless failures”

On March 22, 2024, the then 25-year-old won his first bronze medal in a World Cup race, in the Super-G in Saalbach. In the first race of the season, which is now coming to an end, Boisset crashed heavily and suffered a concussion, which continues to cause him problems, as he recently revealed on Instagram.
Following this crash, there was another accident in Kitzbühel, before Boisset pulled the plug after another crash in Crans-Montana just over a month ago. He writes about this phase on Instagram: "The life of an elite athlete isn't just about victories and glory. Behind every success are countless failures that no one sees."
The dream of return
But giving up is out of the question for the 26-year-old. With unwavering willpower, he writes: "What really makes the difference is resilience. Giving up has never been an option. I keep pushing, I keep fighting, and I stay focused on my dream: to one day stand on that podium again."The path of a ski racer is rarely straightforward, and Boisset knows that mental strength is just as important as athletic excellence. "I will do everything I can to make it happen. Dream big and achieve great things!" he concludes.
